Efficacy

From concept to execution, I designed and animated every screen in this piece, exploring how motion, pacing, and transitions could elevate Duolingo's existing visual language while maintaining brand consistency.

Fake Playable - Correct

To support localization efforts, I recreated and animated gameplay sequences while bringing provided character rigs to life through expressive animation and custom facial expressions. This approach allowed the creative to be adapted efficiently across multiple markets without sacrificing visual quality. The piece also performed strongly and became a foundation for several high-performing iterations.

Fake Playable - Tap

Working from storyboard through final execution, I helped enhance the creative with additional gamification moments, including reward-driven visual effects, loss-state feedback, and a refreshed end card design. The resulting video became a top-performing asset, was localized into 28 markets, and served as the foundation for multiple follow-on versions.

Jewel 2 Sizzle

I storyboarded and animated this sizzle to capture the game's bright, rewarding gameplay through custom particle effects, dynamic transitions, and a more elevated visual treatment. The piece also explored alternative banner designs and a custom-built end card that integrated the device directly into the scene for a more polished finish.

Bubble Sizzle

Created for paid social and web placements, this sizzle focused on finding a more effective way to frame gameplay by experimenting with alternative banner layouts and screen compositions. The final approach used left and right messaging panels to better complement the gameplay while maintaining a clean, engaging visual flow.

Mahjong Mesmerizing

I concepted, storyboarded, and animated this piece to showcase Mahjong's relaxing yet engaging gameplay through mesmerizing visuals and dynamic motion design. Custom transitions and particle-driven effects were used throughout to capture attention and maintain momentum while highlighting the game's depth and variety.

Best fiends - Pixar Opening Spoof

Explored a playful brand spoof of the iconic Pixar opener as an early character animation and rigging test. Focused on translating brand personality into expressive character performance, including custom animation and sound design. The final ad was adapted into a shorter gameplay-led format, but this version represents the full narrative animation and creative exploration behind it.

Best Fiends Stars - 2.5D Star Stamp

Client-concepted piece built around a technically ambitious 2.5D “stamp” effect. I translated a high-level creative idea into a feasible production approach using After Effects’ 3D capabilities, maintaining visual clarity and polish while working within existing asset limitations.

Best Fiends STARS - Love Bug

A Valentine’s Day creative centered around a heart-shaped tunnel journey for character Bob. I developed the full motion system for the tunnel, solving directional forward/backward movement while maintaining visual continuity and smooth camera flow. Also handled frame-by-frame gameplay text cleanup and integration to ensure the in-game footage aligned with the stylized narrative.

Best Fiends - Alice In Wonderland Spoof

An original concept inspired by Alice in Wonderland, reimagined through the world and gameplay mechanics of Best Fiends. The piece became a client favorite and top-performing creative. I led concept development, storyboarding, animation, sound design, and overall execution.

Emotional Angle

This concept uses an emotional, problem-solution approach to connect with dog owners concerned about their pet's long-term health. By highlighting the risks of IVDD and positioning the product as a preventative solution, the creative focuses on what matters most to the audience: keeping their dogs happy and healthy. Captions were incorporated throughout to support sound-off viewing across social platforms.

Pee Pad Testimonial

Designed around a testimonial-driven format, this concept uses a real customer review to establish trust from the start. Product benefits are reinforced through motion graphics and supporting social proof, culminating in a strong display of customer ratings and reviews that further build credibility and encourage purchase consideration.

Unique Ingredients

This concept highlights the product's breed-specific ingredients and nutritional benefits, focusing on what many pet owners care about most: providing high-quality nutrition tailored to their dog's needs. The creative positions the product as a thoughtful, health-conscious choice for long-term pet wellness.

Winning Fortune Teller - “Zultan”

This playful concept reimagines the classic fortune teller trope to create curiosity and entertainment around the lottery experience. By combining humor with a familiar cultural reference, the creative encourages viewers to imagine what their future could look like with a winning ticket.

Built around a simple hypothetical question, this concept invites viewers to imagine how they would spend their winnings through a relatable and lighthearted fast-food scenario. The approachable format encourages participation while reinforcing the excitement of playing.

CTV Advertisement

This CTV adaptation evolved from a top-performing social creative, reworking the messaging and pacing for a lean-back viewing experience. Voiceover was used to guide viewers through the product's key features, while a persistent branded CTA and QR code provided a clear path to engagement.
